Nekalur s.l. and the Statutory Deputation of Biscay organized last Saturday in the town of Zalla a free open-door-day where the attenders had the opportunity to taste the different txakoli (local white wine) samples elaborated by the experimental winery owned by the local Government at Zalla.

People had the chance to taste nine samples in total:
- Hondarrabi Zuri Criomaceracion con Lias   
- Hondarrabi Zuri Criomaceracion 70% + Petit Corbu 30%
- Hondarrabi Zuri 90% + Sauvignon Blanc 10%
- Hondarrabi Zuri 80% + Hondarrabi Zuri fermentado en barrica 20%
- Hondarrabi Zuri Txips 20% + Hondarrabi Zuri 80%
- C.F. Ganimede
- Berdesarie 52% + Berdexa B. 48%
- Ojo Gallo

The wine tasting gathered 48 people who left their opinion about the seven samples tasted. A free taste with the aim of improving the work made by this experimental winery and also with the aim of offering to the citizens the possibility of tasting this local white wine which is becoming in one of the identities within the province of Biscay.  pics
